KAZI<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>NATM (New Austrian Tunnelling Method) Yeni Avusturya T\u00fcnel A\u00e7ma y\u00f6ntemi olarak bilinen bu method t\u00fcnellerde kullan\u0131lacak desteklemeleri ve destekleme t\u00fcrlerini belirlemek i\u00e7in kaz\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelebilecek deformasyonlar\u0131 ve bu deformasyonlardan kaynaklanacak durays\u0131zl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenmesini ve bu s\u00f6n\u00fcmlemeler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken i\u015flemleri belirten bir y\u00f6ntemdir. Bu y\u00f6ntemde deformasyonlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle zemin i\u00e7erisindeki i\u00e7 bas\u0131n\u00e7 hesaplamalar\u0131na, zemin \u00e7atlak sistemlerine ve durumlar\u0131n\u0131n bilinmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur. Bunun i\u00e7in jeolojik, jeoteknik ve mekanik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7atlak analizleri i\u00e7in gerilme\/deformasyon analizleri yap\u0131l\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir de\u011fi\u015fle NATM t\u00fcnel \u00e7evresinde y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 bir halka sistemi kurularak t\u00fcneli \u00e7evreleyen kaya, zemin vb. yap\u0131lar\u0131n desteklenmesini ve t\u00fcnelde meydana gelebilecek deformasyonlardan kaynakl\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7me, ak\u0131nt\u0131 gibi olaylar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flar.&nbsp; Bu nedenle t\u00fcnel destekleme imalat\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kaz\u0131 \u00f6ncesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olup, kaz\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kaya k\u00fctlesi belirlemeleri i\u00e7in kaz\u0131 \u00f6ncesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan elde edilen jeolojik haritalar ve bu haritalardaki say\u0131sal veriler kullan\u0131larak Q ve RMR s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. NATM y\u00f6nteminde kaya k\u00fctleleri \u00d6NORM 2203\u2019e g\u00f6re tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Bu tan\u0131mlamalar Q ve RMR sistemleri kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0Bu s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmada 3 ana kaya k\u00fctlesi grubu vard\u0131r. Bunlar A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131, B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 zeminlerdir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131flar kendi i\u00e7lerinde de farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flara ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>A Tipi Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 kaya sistemleri stabil-hafif a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u00f6k\u00fclen kaya k\u00fctleleri olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131rlar. A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 kaya k\u00fctleleri elastik davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcksek, stabil kaya k\u00fctleleridir. Desteklemeye gerek duyulmayan, yer \u00e7ekimi nedeniyle s\u0131\u011f g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcklerin g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, bu g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcklerin de genellikle izole oldu\u011fu, \u00f6nemsiz eklem yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcklerdir. Elastik deformasyonlar h\u0131zla azal\u0131r. A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 kay k\u00fctleleri 2\u2019ye ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Bunlar A1 ve A2 s\u0131n\u0131f zeminlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A2 kaya s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131:<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Az s\u00f6k\u00fclen kaya k\u00fctlesidir. Deformasyonlar A1 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr ve \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenir. S\u00f6k\u00fclmeler t\u00fcnel tavan\u0131nda ve yan duvarlarda g\u00f6zlenir. Bunun nedeni kaya k\u00fctlesinin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r ve s\u0131\u011f d\u00f6k\u00fclmelerdir. Kaz\u0131 profili A1 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na benzerdir. \u00dcstyar\u0131 kaz\u0131s\u0131 2.5-3.5 m, alt yar\u0131 kaz\u0131s\u0131 ise 4 m olarak s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <h2><strong>B Tipi Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131<\/strong><\/h2> Gevrek kaya k\u00fctlesi olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu tip kaya k\u00fctlelerinin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yap\u0131sal kenetlenme ve \u00e7ekme mukavemetinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden dolay\u0131 gev\u015femeye ve ayr\u0131\u015fmaya meyilli zeminlerdir. Bu nedenle destekleme imalatlar\u0131 gerekmektedir Destek yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n gecikmesi durumunda \u00e7\u00f6kmeler meydana gelebilir. Deformasyonlar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr ve h\u0131zl\u0131ca s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenirler. Ortamda bulunan su kayan\u0131n stabilitesine etkisi yoktur. Kaz\u0131n\u0131n ilerlemesi kaya k\u00fctlesinin desteksiz durma s\u00fcresine, destekleme imalat\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu tip zeminlerde yerel b\u00f6lgelerde \u00f6n destekleme gerekti\u011fi g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B2 Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131:<\/strong> \u00c7ok gevrek kaya k\u00fctleleridir Zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmayan destekleme imalatlar\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7meler meydana gelebilir. Ancak t\u00fcnel desteklemesinin zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla deformasyonlar h\u0131zl\u0131ca azal\u0131r. Ortamdaki suyun niteli\u011fi ve niceli\u011fi kaya k\u00fctlesinin akma mukavemetine etkisi vard\u0131r. Bu tip zeminlerde kaz\u0131lar genellikle yumu\u015fak patlatma olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Desteklemeler genellikle t\u00fcnel tavan\u0131 ve yan duvarlarda g\u00f6zlenir. Ancak gerekti\u011fi zamanlarda kaz\u0131y\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in s\u00fcren tipi destekleme borular\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B3 Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131:<\/strong> Taneli kaya k\u00fctlelerinden olu\u015fur. Kohezyonun ve \u00e7imentola\u015fman\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 kaya k\u00fctlesinin stabilitesini k\u00f6t\u00fc etkiler. Plastisitesi y\u00fcksek (elastik olmayan), akmaya meyilli zeminlerdir. \u00c7atlamaya ve d\u00f6k\u00fclmeye e\u011filimli olmas\u0131ndan ve \u015fi\u015fme \u00f6zelli\u011fi g\u00f6stermesinden kaynakl\u0131 bu tip zeminlerde destekleme imalat\u0131 olmadan kaz\u0131n\u0131n ilerlemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 kaya k\u00fctleleri 5 farkl\u0131 gruba ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C1(Da\u011f Atma) Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131:<\/strong> Bu tip kaya k\u00fctlelerinde masif kayada bulunan y\u00fcksek \u00f6n gerilmeler nedeniyle elastik enerji depolanmas\u0131 g\u00f6zlenir. Bu enerjiden kaynakl\u0131 kaya k\u00fctlelerinin ani yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmelerine, g\u00f6\u00e7melerine rastlan\u0131r. Bu nedenle taban kaz\u0131s\u0131 gerekir ve kaz\u0131 mekanik kaz\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri veya d\u00fczg\u00fcn patlatma ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Bu nedenle kaz\u0131 d\u00fczg\u00fcn patlatma ve mekanik kaz\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri ile yap\u0131l\u0131r ve kaz\u0131n\u0131n hemen sonras\u0131nda p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme betonu d\u00f6k\u00fclerek destekleme imalat\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Kaz\u0131lara ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur ve sistem kitlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C4 (Ak\u0131c\u0131) Kaya S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131<\/strong>: Kohezyon \u00e7ok azd\u0131r ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcre bile desteksiz b\u0131rak\u0131lan alanlarda malzeme ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmektedir. S\u00fcren imalat\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan veya p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme betonu kullan\u0131lmadan kaz\u0131n\u0131n ilerlemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Desteksiz kaz\u0131n\u0131n ilerlemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Tavan kesiminin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda s\u00fcren borular veya \u00e7elik levha s\u00fcren imalat\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur.
