Beton yol yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu sistemde kayar kal\u0131b\u0131n y\u00f6n\u00fc do\u011frultusu deveri gibi kordinat verileri kal\u0131b\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir taraf\u0131nda bulunan duyargalar\u0131n dokundugu dogrultu teli ile sa\u011fan\u0131r. Dogrultu teli betonun d\u00f6k\u00fclecegi dogrultuda yolun her iki yan\u0131na kayma demirleri \u00fczerine sabitlenen gergin tel \u00fczerine verilen kotlar ile sa\u011flan\u0131r. \u0130lerleme esnas\u0131nda duyargalarin kordinat teline dokumas\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli kontrol\u00fc betonun d\u00fczenli ve kotunda d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan g\u00fcc\u00fc kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n pilanda oldu\u011fu sabit kal\u0131p y\u00f6ntemi ile yap\u0131lan beton kaplamalar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kayar kal\u0131p y\u00f6nteminde, insan g\u00fcc\u00fc daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, yol yap\u0131m kalitesi daha y\u00fcksek, in\u015faat s\u00fcresi daha k\u0131sa, y\u00fczey d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve beton s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 daha iyidir. Kayar kal\u0131pl\u0131 beton fini\u015ferler ile kaplama tek tabaka halinde yap\u0131labildi\u011fi gibi, asfat fini\u015ferleri gibi h\u0131zl\u0131 ve sonuca direk ula\u015fan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunabilmektedir. Teknojik geli\u015fmeler ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar t\u00fcnellerde asfalt yol kaplamalar\u0131 yerine yan\u0131c\u0131 olmayan beton yol kaplamalar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu hale getirmi\u015ftir. Kullan\u0131m, uygulama h\u0131z\u0131 ve kalitesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan daha iyi sonu\u00e7lar elde edilen beton t\u00fcnel i\u00e7in yol kaplamalar\u0131 gibi hava alan\u0131, pist yap\u0131m\u0131 gibi benzer kaliteli yol kaplamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaya uzun zamand\u0131r devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bakiacil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/20180305_123746-01-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beton \u00dcretimi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beton yol yap\u0131m\u0131, \u00fcniform \u00f6zelliklere sahip (homojen) betonun, s\u00fcrekli (aral\u0131ks\u0131z) d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc gerektirmektedir. Beton bile\u015fim ve k\u0131vam\u0131nda olu\u015fan herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik, fini\u015ferde d\u00fczensizliklere, beton y\u00fczeyinin d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bozulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilmektedir. Bunlar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli dengede tutmak gerekmektedir. Bu da olduk\u00e7a zordur. Hava s\u00fcr\u00fckleyici katk\u0131 miktar\u0131 \u00fcretici taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen y\u00fcksek miktar\u0131 a\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fcksek donma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme dayan\u0131m\u0131 istenen yol betonlar\u0131, hava s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmi\u015f olarak \u00fcretilmelidir. Bu betonlarda \u00e7ap\u0131 10-300\u00b5m aras\u0131nda \u00e7apa sahip yeterli miktarda mikroskobik hava kabarc\u0131klar\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekir. Ancak dikkat edilmesi gereken s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u0131ras\u0131nda beton ayr\u0131\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00fcrekli mekanik besleme, s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmadaki d\u00fczensizli\u011fi \u00f6nler. Kayar kal\u0131pl\u0131 beton fini\u015ferleri, betonu \u00fczerindeki vibrat\u00f6rler ile s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Fini\u015ferin ard\u0131ndan Perdah sistemi (mala) ile \u00f6ncelikle olu\u015fan ond\u00fclasyon giderilir. Bu makina, \u015fekilendirme ve d\u00fczeltme s\u0131ras\u0131nda yol ekseninde enine olu\u015fan, periyodik olarak yinelenen p\u00fcr\u00fczlerin d\u00fczeltilmesine yarayacaktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemi ile birlikte kaplama y\u00fczeyinde, y\u00fcksek bir oranda ince taneli par\u00e7ac\u0131kl\u0131 bit har\u00e7 tabakas\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu har\u00e7 tabakas\u0131 beton y\u00fczey kalitesini etkileyip yol tutu\u015f \u00f6zelliklerini olumsuz etkiledi\u011finden m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ince tutulmal\u0131, kal\u0131n tabaka olu\u015fmas\u0131na izin verilmemelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fczeye bak\u0131m maddesi uygulanmadan \u00f6nce beton y\u00fczeyi en az 45cm lik geni\u015flikteki \u00e7elik f\u0131r\u00e7a ile enine dokuland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. F\u0131r\u00e7a, iki s\u0131ra birbirine ters konumland\u0131r\u0131lan\u00e7elik di\u015flerden olu\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.
